•What is TRC Anti Heat Pad?

It is developed using the latest heat-resistant fiber material (Aramid). Its specialty is rich in flexibility and excellent elasticity. If the heat-resistant temperature is exceeded, the surface fiber will be carbonized without melting.

Aramid Chinese literature named para-aromatic polyamide fiber as a high-strength, high-modulus, high-performance synthetic fiber (Synthetic fiber) with high wear resistance, cutting resistance, and tensile strength five times that of steel. It is also an excellent permanent flame-retardant fiber, which can easily resist molten metal splashes. Mainly used in the aerospace and national defense industries, more applications in composite materials such as automotive airbags, conveyor belts, and protective fields include clothing, gloves, footwear, body armor, etc..

Although Aramid is extremely superior in performance, its output is less and the price is expensive.

TRC heat-resistant pads can be widely used in equipment behind the extruder, slide-out tables, cooling tables, spacers, and cushion layers, etc., all available.

How's TRC Anti Heat Pad performance?

TRC heat-resistant mat is made of (Aramid), and the highest safe heat-resistant temperature is 500℃. It is a porous structure that contains a lot of air between the fibers, and its thermal conductivity is very low, so there is no contact temperature difference to the product, and it can inhibit the occurrence of various point-like damage.

The anti-heat pad adopts the dry-jet wet-spinning method. With this process, the spinning draw ratio is large, the orientation effect is good, and the heat resistance is high.  For example, the thermal shrinkage rate of wet-spun fiber at 400℃ is 80%, while that of dry-jet wet-spun fiber is less than 10%. The zero-strength temperature of wet-spinning is 440℃, dry-spinning is 470℃, and dry-jet-wet spinning can increase to 515.  ℃.
