Ceramic bearings are the most important equipment in the cold-rolled hot-dip galvanizing production process. At present, the ceramic bearings of my country's high-end hot-dip galvanizing lines generally rely on imports, which are not only expensive, but also have a long delivery cycle. Our ceramic bearings not only meet the requirements of on-site industry and mining, but also increase the service life (the service life of ceramic bearing components is more than 60 days, and the one-sided service life is more than 28 days), while reducing the operating cost of the steel plant.
•Product Introduction
Ceramic bearings are mainly composed of magnesia-aluminum stabilized zirconia. The toughness of magnesia-aluminum zirconia is basically the same as that of cast iron. It is called "ceramic steel" in the industry. The high toughness of the product determines its advantages over other ceramic materials, and it is not easy to break even under high temperature or thermal shock. In addition, the product has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance. Compared with metals, veneers and other ordinary ceramic materials, its service life will be able to be used under severe conditions. With years of industry accumulation and strong manufacturing capabilities, it can meet the high requirements of customers and the processing and manufacturing of parts with complex shapes, and can also customize solutions for customers from the design stage.
